Our Sales, Delivery, and Payment Terms

1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services. Deviations, even due to differing general terms and conditions of the buyer, require our explicit written confirmation. Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. We expressly reserve the right to make changes to items in terms of color, design, and technical improvements.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The offer to conclude a purchase contract is made by the customer when, after completely filling in the order page, the customer clicks the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
After submitting the order, the customer receives an automated email confirming that we have received the order. The order confirmation serves merely to inform you that we have received the order.
The customer has the option of printing out the order and the data entered during the ordering process. It is also possible to open a customer account. In the customer account, the order data can be viewed after entering the personal access details. Tuhorn.ch reserves the right to block customer accounts at its own discretion without giving reasons.

3. Inquiry

Customer opinion is central to us.
If you have questions or requests or would like to order products by email, you can send an email to [email protected]. Your email is usually processed within 24 hours.
If you would like telephone advice or have questions you do not wish to discuss by email, please give us your telephone number by email. You will receive a call back from us as soon as possible.

4. Price

Prices are subject to change and apply ex stock Zug, net. Postage for orders over CHF 50 and delivery within Switzerland is included in the price. For orders under CHF 300 or deliveries abroad, delivery costs are charged additionally. Delivery is at the risk and expense of the recipient. The prices stated are in CHF and include statutory value added tax (VAT). Changes to the prices, conditions and other terms stated on the website are reserved, with the date of the order being the reference date.

5. Discount

Authorities, associations, schools, and resellers may be eligible for discounts. To discuss the possibility of discounts and their details, please contact [email protected].

6. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

We work with Swiss Post. The standard delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days, depending on when the order is placed. For orders up to a value of CHF 50 within Switzerland, a flat rate of CHF 9.50 per delivery is charged. For orders over CHF 23 and under 5 kg we cover the shipping costs. If the weight of the order is more than 5 kg, the prices below are charged,
5 kg – 10 kg: CHF 13
10 kg – 20 kg: CHF 25
20 kg – 30 kg: CHF 33
If the weight of the order is 30 kg or more, or the length of the package exceeds 100 cm, the shipment is considered bulky goods. A delivery fee of CHF 35 is charged for bulky goods. For large orders we recommend contacting us via [email protected].
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they cannot be avoided. Postal parcels are then sent on free of postage; other freight routes are charged at cost. The delivery time is in principle as fast as possible, except for confirmed fixed dates.
You must immediately check the delivered or collected products for correctness, completeness and transport damage. Our service is a delivery obligation and is fulfilled upon handover to the carrier. After dispatch, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss of the goods passes to the customer. We are not liable for any fault of the transport company used. Please report transport damage to the respective transport company immediately.
Shipments not collected at the post office counter or undeliverable parcels are returned to us by the post office, for which we have to pay the return postage. To send the parcel again, delivery costs are incurred once more. These are to be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to demand the renewed delivery charges in advance before the delivery is sent again.

7. International Orders

We work with Swiss Post. If you are in a European country, the standard delivery time is usually 5 to 20 working days, depending on when the order is placed. Delivery to countries outside Europe may take a few days longer due to the individual procedure. For deliveries to a European country we cover the delivery costs if the order is over CHF 300 (and the weight is under 5 kg). For orders to a European country with a value under CHF 300, the customer is charged a flat fee of CHF 50 for delivery.
If the weight of the total order exceeds 5 kg, the exact shipping costs will be charged to you; the amount depends on the respective postal zone. We recommend that you contact us at [email protected] so that we can find the best solution for you together.
Please note that for international orders the price does not include taxes (e.g. VAT) or customs duties. These costs are charged to the customer by the relevant authority.
If the weight of the order is 30 kg or more, or if the length of the package exceeds 100 cm, the shipment is considered bulky goods. For large orders, we recommend that you contact us at [email protected].

8. Payment

We offer you the following payment options:
You can pay in the online shop directly by credit/debit card, Twint, or via your PayPal account. After receipt of the payment confirmation, your shipment will be handed over to Swiss Post for dispatch at the latest the next day.
Alternatively, you can select the "direct bank transfer" option in the online shop. In this case, you transfer the amount stated on the order confirmation by bank transfer to our UBS account. After confirmation of receipt of the corresponding amount, the order will be handed over to Swiss Post for dispatch by the next day at the latest. If the prepayment has not been credited to our account after 5 days, your order will automatically lapse and be cancelled.

9. Money back guarantee: 50 days

As we are convinced of the quality of our products, we offer you a 50-day trial period. During this time you may also use the products in your training sessions. If you then do not like the products for any reason, you can send the products back at your own expense and we will refund the entire purchase price less the separately charged shipping costs (for orders under CHF 50 within Switzerland or for international orders under CHF 300; see item 6). The purchase price is refunded only after the products have been inspected. If the products are rendered unusable beyond normal signs of use, deliberately or through careless handling, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In this case we can send the products to you again at your expense, if you wish.
For the calculation of this money-back guarantee, the reference date is the 50th day after payment of the order.
