If you usually buy sports equipment in an offline or online shop, you can only get a refund if the products are unused and in some cases even unopened.
However, we at Tuhorn are so convinced of our products that we offer you a 50-day trial period in which you can try our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products within these 50 days, you will get your money back.

The refund is made according to the following rules:

1. If you decide within 50 days of payment that you wish to return our products, please fill in the return form below. We ask you to state the reason for the return. The deadline for this 50-day trial period is the 50th day after payment of the order. The package with the return must be handed to Swiss Post by that 50th day at the latest.

2. If you would like to return the ordered products and receive a refund, please send the products, carefully packed, to the following address: MLK Kim, Luzernerstrasse 74A, 6333 Hünenberg See, Switzerland. Please enclose the return form in the package.

3. After receiving the returned products, we inspect each product. If products have been rendered unusable, deliberately or through careless handling, beyond normal signs of use, no refund will be made. In this case we will send the products back to you at your expense, if you wish.

4. The refund covers the entire purchase price, less the separately charged shipping costs for orders under CHF 88 (Switzerland) or CHF 280 (Europe) and for deliveries outside Europe. See the T&Cs.

5. Instead of a refund, you can also choose an exchange. Please note this on the refund form. Technically, the exchange works by us refunding the costs to you and then asking you to place a new order via the online shop.

6. If you have previously ordered and returned the same products, this 50-day trial period and the associated money-back guarantee are not available to you. If anything is unclear, please contact [email protected].

7. If you would like a refund after a purchase with delivery to a country other than Switzerland, please note that VAT and customs duties cannot be refunded.
