– Delivery usually takes 5 to 20 days, depending on the country and local post.
Tuhorn was founded in early 2023. So far (as of June 2026) only 4 customers have used our after-sales service. Of these, 4 cases were size changes and only 1 In the case of a refund.

We are sorry that, despite your general satisfaction with the quality of our products, you experienced inconvenience with the workmanship of the eyelets and expressed concerns about possible damage to the leather from sharp edges. We sincerely apologise for that.
The pressing of the aforementioned eyelets is done by hand, which is why in rare cases minor deviations in the pressing process can occur. We have sold thousands of products so far, but the feedback about sharp edges on the eyelets is the first of its kind, which is why we take it especially seriously.
We assure you that in future we will be even more conscientious and meticulous in the final inspection of the eyelet processing in order to prevent this problem.
