If you usually buy sports equipment in a physical or online store, you can only receive a refund if the products are unused and, in some cases, even unopened.
Wir bei Tuhorn sind jedoch von unseren Produkten so überzeugt, dass wir dir eine 50-tägige Probezeit anbieten, in der du unsere Produkte ausprobieren kannst. Solltest du innert diesen 50 Tagen aus irgendeinem Grund mit unseren Produkten unzufrieden sein, erhältst du dein Geld zurück.

The refund will be issued according to the following rules:

1. If, within 50 days of payment for your order, you decide to return our products, please fill out the return form provided below. We kindly ask that you specify the reason for the return. The 50-day trial period is counted from the payment date of the order, and the return package must be handed over to Swiss Post by the 50th day at the latest.

2. Wenn du die bestellten Produkte retournieren und eine Rückerstattung erhalten möchtest, sende bitte die Produkte sorgfältig verpackt an folgende Adresse: MLK Kim, Eichholzweg 2, 6312 Steinhausen, Schweiz. Bitte leg das Rücksendeformular mit ins Paket.

3. Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect each item. If the products have been deliberately or carelessly damaged beyond normal wear and tear, no refund will be issued. In this case, we will return the products to you at your expense, should you wish.

4. The refund includes the full purchase price, minus any separately charged shipping costs for orders under CHF 88 (within Switzerland) or CHF 280 (within Europe) and for deliveries outside of Europe. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details.

5. You also have the option to exchange the item instead of receiving a refund. Please indicate this on the return form. For processing, the exchange will be handled by issuing a refund, after which we will ask you to place a new order through the online shop.

6. If you have previously ordered and returned the same products, this 50-day trial period and the associated money-back guarantee will no longer be available to you. If you have any questions, please contact us at hallo@tuhorn.ch.

7. If you request a refund after a purchase with delivery to a country other than Switzerland, please note that VAT and customs fees cannot be refunded.
